The terminal layout display features I/O indicators. The indicators are in the same position as the terminals to let you see the I/O status at a glance. You can easily identify I/O status or perform status checks at startup or during operation.

The CP1L series comes with two-axis pulse output control at 100khz (max). It support the Full Range of Functions for motion control such as Origin Search Function, Trapezoidal Acceleration and Deceleration, and etc.

High-speed Counter

A maximum of the four-axis counter of Single phase inputs are supported. Two-axis for Differential phase input. In additional, interrupt inputs are also provided.

ModBus RTU

The CP1L with the optional Serial communication port, support Modbus-RTU communication without any programming.

Network Capabilities with Serial Communications

Data sharing between PLCs can be achieved using the serial PLC link by connecting in series with RS 485/RS 422 configurations. Communication with other devices such as Inverters and Analog Meter can also be done as seen in the diagram.

Two types of communications are available.
Either two RS-232C ports , two RS-422A/485 ports or two Ethernet ports can be used.

CPM1A - OMRON PLC SYSMAC CPM1A


SYSMAC CPM1A Programmable Controller is Pack All Basic Functions Into a Compact Size.  

The SYSMAC C Series began developing s wide range of PLCs to meet factory automation needs in 1973. And now the CPM1A joins the C series history as a small PLC that has all the far less mounting space. 

The CPM1A also provides flexibility in I/O capacity ranging from 10 to 100 I/O points. The CPM1A can replace relay control, help distribute I/O, work as a miniature machine controller or sensor controller, or fill many other vital roles in factory automation.

The advanced CPM2A series micro controller delivers you the most feature-packed micro solution in control industry. Features of SYSMAC CPM2A Programmable Controller

Synchronized Control

Synchronized pulse control multiplies the frequency of a pulse input by a preset scaling factor and generates a synchronized pulse output at that frequency. The scaling factor can be changed from the ladder program, so packaging can continue while adjusting the feed rate of packaging film or the position of labels.

High Speed Processing

High-speed processing include the 50-µs quick-response inputs, improved scan time (up to 500 program steps in 1 ms), and interrupts. Improved processing can increase productivity; for example, the timing between detection of a label mark and detection of the product can be adjusted.

High Speed Counters

The CPM2A support one-axis high-speed counters(20kHz single-phase or 5kHz two-phase) and four-axis high speed counters(2 kHz single-phase only). The length of workpieces such as cardboard or string can be measured at high speed.

Position Control Functions 

Supports a one-axis pulse output(10kHz) with trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration and two-axis simple pulse output.

Temperature Control and Monitoring 

Mount a Temperature Sensor Unit to monitor and control temperatures using PID instruction operands and ON/OFF output signals sent with the PWM instruction. Use in combination with a PT for simple temperature monitoring and setting.

Analog Control Function 

Analog control is possible using the optional Analog I/O Unit which can be interfaced to wide range of I/O devices via analog voltage or current signal.. Input from pressure sensors. Output to inverters. Interfaces with a wide range of devices.

Support Software with Simulation Function
  • Programs can be easily written, saved, and monitored by personal computer.
  • Programs can be simulated on the personal computer without connecting to the ZEN.

More Precise Analog Input
Conventional model: ± 10% FS → -V2 models: ± 1.5% FS
DC power supply models are equipped with two analog inputs (0 to 10 V). There are four analog comparators. The increased precision makes it even easier to use the Unit in simple control applications with voltage, current, temperature, and other analog values.

8-digit Counter, 150-Hz Counter
• An 8-digit counter and 8-digit comparator have been added.
• The maximum count for DC power supply models is 150 Hz.

Twin-timer Operation Added
Twin-timer operation allows you to set ON and OFF times separately, greatly simplifying intermittent operation.
